Mini-Round: Challenge 2: Missing scene

In this challenge I would like you to write a missing scene. Something you thought was missing from one of the episodes.. or for example, why did it take Jimmy 15 minutes longer to get to a crime scene than Ducky? or, what do Sam and Callen talk about in the car on the way to investigate something?
Get it? Got it? Good!
Now the nitty gritty bits:
*There are 2 word count levels for this challenge
*Post it in the comments here or in your journal with a link posted here in the comments (if you don't link back you don't get points)
*Post with appropriate warnings and ratings.
You can write up to TWO stories.
Points:
500 -1000 words 15 points
1001-1250 words 30 points
Due Date:
Wednesday July 18th 11pm Pacific Time
