What to do:
Write up to 3 drabbles. "short stories."
Seems easy enough right? Maybe it is, maybe it isn't.
Rules:
Must be a complete story, not to be continued.
Each of your three drabbles can not be related to your others.
You absolutely can not go over 100 words. (if you go over the 100 words no points for you. :p )
Post them in the comments.

"You think I'm going to do what?"
"Go undercover," Hetty answered.
"With Eric? As his wife?"
"Come on sugarbear," Eric grinned. " It'll be fun."
Deeks glared at the tech. "You can't call my girl by that name. Or we're going to have a problem."
"Mr. Deeks," Hetty interrupted. "I am sure Eric will behave. But as it stands he is the only on with the technical expertise. And Kensi will be both arm candy and protection."
Deeks glared at Hetty. "Fine."
She rolled her eyes and looked at Kensi. "As your partner has agreed, let's get on with it."
2.Nell/Deeks (100 words)
His hand wrapped around her narrow waist and she grinned up at him.
"Are they watching?"
He looked over at the table and frowned. "Nope."
"Should we give up on them?"
He laughed. "You think we could?"
She shook her head. "No. Not even if we tried."
Deeks nodded. It was hard being in love with someone who didn't notice. But it was better knowing he wasn't alone. As he twirled Nell around the dance floor he pulled her a little closer smiling sadly at the table where Callen and Kensi were deep in conversation.
Maybe one day they'd notice.
3. Tony/Kate (100 words)
"You had to wear your wedding ring and flirt?" Kate asked. "With Ziva?"
"Like you care."
"You're supposed to be my loving husband."
Tony snorted. "Maybe if I got some loving, dear."
"You agreed to the cover," she retorted.
"Right," he said. "Tell the Israelis we're married and in love. Can't let them know the truth."
"They can't," she answered. "They'd take him from me."
"They're not stupid. One day they'll notice Aaron looks like Ari and not me," he said.
"Not if they never look into it," she answered. "And if you play the cover right, they never will."

100 words (and a bit of a cliffhanger because of it)
Gibbs can barely feel the grain of the wood under his fingers, smell the sawdust, or taste the bourbon; the words (he's heard them repeat in his mind a thousand times since Tony said them) practically drown out everything else.
Gosh I hope I look as good as you when I'm older.
Tony'd stammered to correct the "old" comment and had braced for a headslap that hadn't come; Gibbs had been (still is) too focused on the fact that while the words may have been innocent ones of friendship and admiration, the tone was full of so much poorly-disguised longing.

Summary: It’s not his fault, but that’s cold comfort.
They say there’s no job more difficult than being a parent. Until now that seemed a mere platitude, but as he watches DiNozzo leading Michael away in cuffs, ‘difficult’ takes on a whole new meaning for Leon Vance.
He thought he knew what was best for Jackie’s little brother. The road to hell is paved with good intentions – there’s another platitude. Deep down, he always knew she was right. Could his good intentions actually have condemned Michael to a life of crime?
What’s even more chilling is that he feels helpless to prevent Jared from going down the same path.
Drabble #2: 'Dead Weight'

Summary: If you keep piling it on, one day, you can’t move.
Tony knows all about guilt. He lives with it every day of his life. With each passing year, the burden gets heavier; not just because he can’t change the past, but because there’s no foreseeable end to the trail of destruction he leaves behind.
Jeanne enters his thoughts more often than he’d like to admit. So does Paula. So does Jenny. None of those terrible outcomes was really his fault, but he blames himself anyway. Who will be next – Ziva?
No. It’s one of the key reasons he’ll never go there. She already thinks he’s dead weight.
Why tempt fate?
Drabble #3: 'Revenge of the Nerd'
Characters/Pairings: Tim McGee, Jack Murdoch

WARNING: SPOILERS for Episode 9.21 - Rekindled
Summary: Sounds like a bunch of geek speak to me.
After eight years on Team Gibbs, Tim is completely comfortable in his own skin. The nerd jokes lobbed across the bullpen are few and far between these days, and when they come, he handles them with a deft backhand.
He wasn’t expecting to be insulted by someone who builds tech for a living. Murdoch may be a geek, but he’s not a cool geek, like Bill Gates. He’s a smart-ass, just like Tony, but with a condescention his partner would never exhibit.
Picking apart his defenses in interrogation is immensely satisfying.
That arrow in the knee was totally worth it.

Silence descended around the bullpen. The guys turned to stare at said agent.
“Kens?”
“Kensi?”
Sam and Callen expressed their confusion, Dom stares at her, silent.
“Huh? I’m not sure.” Kensi heads to see Hetty. For a minute there’s silence until, “Hetty? Is everything okay?”
“That depends… Today’s incident…”
“Oh.”
“Oh is correct. You simply cannot continue to damage cars, cars belonging to anyone. The next time you do any damage it comes out of your paycheck.”

Title: Making the Decision

Words: 100
Where it all went wrong? Was it two years earlier when they lost Dom? Or last month when she started sharing the secrets that she knew? Emotions have been brewing below the surface and well…. The loss of Hunter and Renko brought them forth.
Everyone has their breaking point. This must be his and possibly hers as well. It happened and nothing can change that.
She knows that she cannot continue like this. A change must be made. Her decision comes easily now, there’s no one to stop her. So she signs Owen Granger on the envelope and walks away.

Words: 100 (Man... I so wanted to expand on this one, but your just going to have to use your imagination at the end.)
“I hate flowers!” Kensi stressed as she slammed the door behind her.
He had to suppress the urge to laugh at his fiancée, “Any particular reason?”
“Your mother!”
Now he couldn’t stop the laugh that escaped at her miffed expression.
“Your… Jack! Be serious.” She punched his shoulder.
He stopped laughing, rubbing his shoulder instead, “I’m sorry Kens, you were saying?”
“You’d think this was her wedding. The way she was acting,” Kensi started pacing.
“So I take it the flower shopping didn’t go well?”
Her only answer was to give him a look that screamed ‘you must be kidding.’
