Mini-round: challenge 1: Sigtags/Icons

In this challenge I would like you to make a sigtag/icon pair for yourself.

What is a sigtag or icon?
It is a small graphic to identify who you are (aside from what your username says :p )
We use them in regular cases to identify what team you are on AND you always get an extra point when you use it when you post in a challenge! We will use them here too! 

Rules:
-You may use any NCIS DC/LA characters you wish.
-The sigtag needs to be between 300x100 and 350x150
-Your icon needs to be 100x100 and less than 40kb
-Please post them in the comments below to collect your points
